By popular request you can now upload images and PDFs relating to an invoice or expense.You've been able to do this a while now using the iPhone and Android app and we're pleased to say this is now available via the website too.
All business are required to store receipts (along with other records) for up to six years, so what better way than to outsource this to Tempo. We'll keep hold of the images for as long as you have an account with us and you can view the original receipt online along-side the expense entry at the click of a button.
Many supplier invoices come in the PDF format so in addition to images you can upload PDFs for storage and retrieval. Plus each expenses claim can have multiple images attached.
